Last Updated: March 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using ScreenCraft (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Peer Through LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software on up to five (5) devices that you own or control
- Generate marketing assets (screenshots, PSDs, After Effects projects, videos) for your applications
- Use, modify, and distribute the output files generated by the Software for commercial purposes
- Receive updates and improvements to the Software during your license period
3. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software itself
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
- Share your license key publicly or activate it on more than five (5) devices
- Use the Software to create competing software products
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the Software
4. Pricing and Payment
ScreenCraft is offered as a one-time payment of $49 USD. Payment is processed through LemonSqueezy, our authorized payment processor. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the license fee
- Pay all applicable taxes associated with your purchase
- Comply with LemonSqueezy's terms of service
The license is perpetual — you pay once and own it forever, with no recurring subscription fees.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ScreenCraft for any reason, contact us at mark@peerthrough.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. Refunds will be processed through LemonSqueezy and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Device Activations
Your license key can be activated on up to five (5) devices. If you need to deactivate a device (e.g., when replacing hardware), contact us at mark@peerthrough.com. For team licenses with more than five seats, please contact us for enterprise pricing.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Software Ownership: The Software, including all code, templates, designs, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of Peer Through LLC. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software itself.
Template Ownership: All template designs, layouts, animations, and compositions remain the property of Peer Through LLC. You may not resell, redistribute, or relicense the templates themselves or extract them for use in other software products.
Output Ownership: You own all rights to the final output files (screenshots, PSDs, After Effects projects, videos, and other assets) generated by the Software with your content inserted. You may use these customized files for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution. However, this ownership applies only to the final rendered assets with your app's content — not the underlying template designs.
8. Free Tier
ScreenCraft offers a free tier that provides access to basic features (Template1 only, App Store-ready PNGs). The free tier is provided “as-is” with no warranty or support obligation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time without notice.
9. Software Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features for the Software from time to time. Updates are provided at our sole discretion and may be made available automatically or require manual installation. We are not obligated to provide updates, but when we do, they are included with your license at no additional cost.
10. Third-Party Services
ScreenCraft integrates with third-party services, including:
- Anthropic's Claude API: Used for AI headline generation. You are responsible for compliance with Anthropic's terms of service.
- Adobe After Effects: Required for video rendering (optional). You must have a valid Adobe license to use this feature.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP): For integration with Claude Code and Claude Desktop.
We are not responsible for any third-party services, their availability, or their terms of service.
11. Privacy and Data Collection
ScreenCraft runs entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, store, or transmit your application code, screenshots, or generated assets to our servers. License activation and validation are handled through Supabase and require minimal data (license key and device identifier). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEER THROUGH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peer Through LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 3, 7, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 shall survive termination.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if provided) or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peer Through LLC regarding the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
